This is where the innovative Spirobank range from MIR comes in.

Spirobank Smart is a small, lightweight spirometer which connects directly to the Spirobank app on your iOS or Android smart device and allows the patient to self-test at home with the measurements being recorded on the app, which can then be saved locally as a PDF.

During the time of overworked GPs, NHS staff, time-poor working population and increased focus on self(health)care at home than ever before, the ability to monitor one’s own health is becoming the norm.  With smart devices allowing us to access professional healthcare technology and to share stats and results with others, we can spot abnormalities in our normal health helping early diagnoses or to monitor existing conditions and share the test results with our GP or Consultant.

Remote Patient Monitoring and Self(Health)Care can be easily achieved with the MIR Spirobank App which has Unlimited Online Free Updates.  The MIR Spirobank App integrates with Apple Health and shares PEF, FEV1 (SpO2% and Pulse BPM also shared if used with Spirobank Oxi).

It has real-time animation on the smartphone to provide younger patients and those with additional needs with a “Paediatric Incentive” to improve compliance during the test.

Real-time video support of your Healthcare Provider is available so the patient is expertly guided and “monitored” without the need for a face-to-face appointment.

Keep a personal record on the app, giving the patient an e-diary which symptoms and notes can be added for each test. Easy-to-read graphic trends for self-monitoring of spirometry and oximetry.

Share Medical Reports in a PDF with anyone at anytime via email, WhatsApp, Cloud, Drives, Bluetooth, Airdrop etc. and direct print to a Bluetooth External Printer.
